This coastal residence was designed for a couple who wished to retire to the beach yet keep close ties with their young & growing family. Hence the ground floor has become a family style holiday home, whilst the first floor is the grandparent’s retreat. 

Located one street back from the water’s edge, the client sought maximum use of coastal views & the resulting playful roof forms and expansive glazing to the first floor emphasize the stunning aspect across the bay.
