An historic boutique sporting facility of the Adelaide Parklands, the condition of this grandstand had seriously deteriorated to a condemned state. Following a complete stripping of the building to its external shell, structural remedial works included underpinning of the existing masonry structure and a newly constructed seating area. 

An internal refurbishment and reconfiguration of internal spaces included the new provision of a separation of home and visitors changeroom facilities. External restoration of the external building fabric, coupled with the addition of new access stairs, balustrades and seating to match recorded detailing, ensures that this building retains its historic presence within the parklands environment.
